The software is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Dexfolio LLC does not warrant the software will be free from errors or that that the software or servers hosting it will be free from viruses or errors in code. In no event shall Dexfolio LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, or suppliers be liable for any special damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, damages in connection with smart contract vulnerability, malicious actors, business interruption, or loss of information arising out of the use of or inability to use the software or errors in connection with its use. The provisions of this section shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law even if Dexfolio LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
